FastSpeedTest is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may run as many speed tests as you like for your own connection diagnostics. Automated, large-scale, or scripted use that places undue load on our infrastructure or on Cloudflare's network is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Network measurement is inherently variable and depends on your device, browser, ISP, and the route to our test endpoints. Results are indicative, not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastSpeedTest and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service relies on third parties including Cloudflare (test endpoints), Plausible (privacy-friendly analytics), and may include advertising networks. Their respective terms apply to your interactions with them.
The FastSpeedTest name, logo, design, and original content are the property of FastSpeedTest. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the source page.
We may update these terms. The updated date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
