We read every message. Whether you've found a bug, have a feature suggestion, or want to talk about a partnership, drop us a line.
Corrections take priority over everything else in the inbox. Send the page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. Confirmed corrections are applied and logged under our corrections policy , and substantive changes are noted on the page itself.
Most "the test is wrong" messages turn out to be measurable local issues, and you can settle them in a couple of minutes: run the test wired rather than over WiFi, pause other devices, and take the median of three runs. Our slow internet guide and methodology page cover what the numbers mean. If the result still looks wrong after that, send both screenshots and we will look at it.
We do not publish guest posts, sponsored articles or paid links, and we do not sell placement in any comparison on this site. Those requests are declined without a reply. Our full standards are in the editorial policy , and About FastSpeedTest explains who maintains the site.
Anything you send us by email is used only to respond to your request. We do not add you to any mailing list. See our privacy policy for details.
